CCC PAINTING-I
final project artists a-f
Due to the coronavirus pandemic,
many libraries are closed
and all research may be done online.
HOW TO USE THIS SECTION
To help you choose a 20th century artist for your final project, images are provided below and on the other two Artists pages. For more images, click on the artist's name above the photographic example.
Research your chosen artist on-line and in books. A minimum of 3 research sources are required for the essay portion of this project, and at least one must be a book.
The book you need may be on the shelves at CCC library or at another Vineland library. If not, the book can often be obtained by making a request for an interlibrary loan at your library. Make your request early; it can take several weeks to obtain a book through the interlibrary loan service.
To make an interlibrary loan request, you must provide the librarian with a title, author, and the name of the publisher. Check the adjacent bibliography for a list of books about your artist. Additional book titles can be found by referring to an on-line book seller such as Amazon, or to the web site of a college library such as PAFA, UArts, or the Pratt Institute.
